There may be a bug in how the structures Table of Contents is ordered. It appears inconsistently but I wanted to make this aware. Some entries may appear in an incorrect order. The Table of Contents is correct in listing the content (just not the order). Ignore the order of entries in the Table of Contents and use the navigation buttons at the top of the page. Navigation of pages works correctly despite the incorrect order in the Table of Contents.
